Welcome to Neurix Systems
Get up and running in minutes. This guide walks you through everything from creating your account to finding your first leads.
Step 1 — Create your account

Register at app.neurixsystems.ai
Go to app.neurixsystems.ai/register and fill in your first name, last name, email, and password. Accept the Terms & Conditions and CASL compliance checkbox.
Step 2 — Verify your email

Check your inbox
A verification email will be sent after registration. Click the link to verify. Your 14-day free trial with 200 leads starts automatically once verified.
💡 Tip: Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.
Step 3 — Add your API keys
- Google Maps API Key — Get yours at console.cloud.google.com. Enable Places API (New) and Geocoding API.
- Gemini API Key (optional) — Get yours at aistudio.google.com. Enables AI keyword generation.
⚠️ Important: Without a Google Maps API key the Lead Finder will not work.
Step 4 — Run your first search

Go to Lead Finder
Enter a city, radius, and up to 5 keywords. Click Search Leads. Results appear within 1–3 minutes.
Step 5 — Manage and export
View leads in Lead Finder, manage call status in Call Queue, and export to CSV or PDF at any time.
